Below are some of the other manufacturers that we come across frequently:

Air End Rebuilding

Rotary Screw air ends maintain their efficiency right up to the time when their bearings begin to fail. Depending on the type of air end you have and the speed it runs at, it could last anywhere from 30,000 to 80,000 hours before needing to be rebuilt. Here’s where an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Complete failure of a rotary screw air end can be fairly catastrophic. The air end could seize, rotors or castings could crack or break, or enough wear could take place to make the parts completely unusable.
If you notice higher operating temperatures, noisier operation, difficulty in keeping up with demand, or just have a lot of hours on your machine, you can save a lot of money by having the air end rebuilt before it fails completely. Our service department can overhaul your air end and bring it back to like-new condition and efficiency for much less than the cost of a factory rebuilt unit.

Air Compressor Pump Rebuilding

Reciprocating/Piston compressors have been around for generations. They are still the most widely used compressor in the world today. In a majority of cases the old analogy is true, “they do not make them like they used to”. Why replace a good cast iron pump with an aluminum pump when you can overhaul it for a fraction of the price of replacing it? CFM Air equipment offers top end kits, valve kits and complete overhauls for such lines as Devibiss, Devair, DV Systems, Quincy, Ingersoll Rand, Champion, Gardner Denver, Curtis and Compair. All CFM rebuilds are done to factory specifications and come with a complete bottom to top warranty.

Blower Rebuilding

CFM Air Equipment provides complete repairs service and overhaul of all brands of rotary lobe blowers including Kaeser, Tuthill, Roots, Gardner Denver, Aerzen and Busch. All repairs are completed in our Calgary facility utilizing the latest technology. Our specialized technicians rebuild the blowers using OEM specifications and repair procedures.
