CFM Air Equipment is proud to represent the Kaeser line of rotary screw air compressors. Kaeser is known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and its comprehensive approach to life cycle cost management. To ensure the compressors operate as efficient as possible, Kaeser developed its own special rotor profile which provides energy savings up to 15% compared to other conventional rotary profile designs. Kaeser manufactures compressed air packages (tank & dryer included) from 5 – 20 horsepower, a complete series of belt drive units from 3 – 30 horsepower, direct drive units from 25 – 650 horsepower, and oil free units up to 1790 cfm.

Airtower
Ready to run: All-in-one screw compressor packages. AIRTOWER is a more affordable, but rugged, shop compressor for any light industrial application. The AIRTOWER is a quality alternative to piston and light duty rotary screw compressors. AIRTOWERS are completely assembled with a storage tank and air treatment equipment. They arrive ready for installation, saving you a lot of time and expense.

Belt Drive
Kaeser’s line of small rotary screw air compressors is suitable for machine shops, auto repair and collision work, and anyone needing efficient and reliable compressed air. The SX, SM, SK, and AS series of rotary screw compressor with V-belt drive provide outstanding efficiency and reliability. They feature the energy-saving SIGMA profile rotor and integrated SIGMA CONTROL 2 controller.

Direct Drive
With Kaeser’s one-to-one direct drive, the airend is directly connected to the motor via a maintenance-free coupling that eliminates transmission losses. Kaeser uses oversized airends specifically selected to produce the required output in flow and pressure. This allows for outstanding performance and increases energy savings. The ASD series now has synchronous reluctance motors which significantly increase efficiency.

Oil-Free
For industries with stringent air quality requirements, Kaeser offers a complete line of two-stage oil-free rotary screw air compressors. These units are designed to deliver a reliable source of oil-free air, energy-efficient operation, and offer a service-friendly design. Kaeser’s oil-free compressors are available in a standard air-cooled or water-cooled configuration.
